Together with Deutsche Börse Venture Network, Raue LLP will host a Community Workshop on 26 October 2017, starting at 5:30 pm. The workshop on financing rounds will be the first of several workshops to help startups deal with the legal issues every startup faces. Coming up also are workshops for labor law, IP/IT and data protection law.
This workshop will provide startups with first-hand insights from Dr. Jörg Jaecks, lawyer and partner of Raue LLP, on how to negotiate a term sheet in a financing round in the interests of founders versus the interests of investors.
At the same time, the founders are invited to connect with other members of the Deutsche Börse Venture Network as well as with further lawyers of Raue LLP in a relaxed and informal setting with food and drinks.
